Returns policy

Please note that our online returns policy differs from our in store policy. If you are purchasing in store, please be sure to read our returns policy which is always on display at our counter.

We aim to take a lot of care in ensuring you are happy with your purchase. We do recognise the risks of purchasing items online so we encourage you to get in touch with any questions at so we can help you with your selection.


To return or exchange FULL PRICED items you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. The item(s) must be unworn/unused,  with tags still in tact, in original condition and in original packaging.

We must receive the item back within 7 days (for all Australian orders) and 14 days (for all international orders) of us sending through the returns form. The item must be posted back with tracking as we cannot be responsible if it lost in transit to us.

Please note we do not cover postage for exchange or return - this is the customer's responsibility.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items. This includes items purchased with a discount code. 


If you believe your item is faulty you must get in contact with us within 28 days of receiving the item.

We will inspect the item and at our discretion provide a repair, exchange or refund if we believe the item is faulty.

We will not accept claims on faulty items if there has been an attempted repair by the customer.
